@mrpatrickwest Can you check the rdfs:comments of dco:assessURL and dco:downloadURL? I think they need a switch.

Why do all the comments have type XMLLiteral?

There are several multi-line comments with unnecessary newlines (e.g. hasGeoSample, IGSN, DataType)
