dco:Proceedings duplicate of bibo:Proceedings #58

The DCO ontology has a Proceedings class, but VIVO already uses the bibo:Proceedings class.

dco:Proceedings
      a       owl:Class ;
      rdfs:label "Proceedings"@en-US ;
      rdfs:subClassOf bibo:Collection ;
      rdfs:comment  """
      A collection of academic papers published in the context of an academic conference
      """^^rdf:XMLLiteral .

dco:Proceedings is not a subclass of bibo:Proceedings. The two classes have have same description.

Should we remove dco:Proceedings and use bibo:Proceedings ?

@olyerickson Including John to see if he recalls the reason for creating dco:Proceedings, which is a sub class of bibo:Collection, vs bibo:Proceedings which is a sub class of bibo:Book
