We'll want to remove the datatype properties from the dco.ttl and dco-vivo.ttl in this branch. We will also want to create type-vivo.ttl with the VIVO annotations for the datatype properties and classes.

Additionally, there is an open pull request, #56, with proposed changes to the datatype properties and classes which we may want to take into account.

There will definitely be some iteration on this before it is ready to merge.

I think I would change the ontology URI
