Path abstraction + new loaders to output it + reorganization #154

Renamed .cskg package to .model
Added Path model
Generate Paths in GUI test data
Split _Loader into multiple sub-"interfaces", separated reusable (non-pipeline-specific) loaders into their own package
Created custom JSON loaders to output data for use in testing the mcs-portal
