Modify the SWOW pipeline to store additional response data for words and association.
Participants in SWOW give 3 ordered responses for each cue. We have been assigning edge weights for SWOW associations based on the frequency of a response among all responses for the cue. The additional data added in this PR provides response frequencies relative to the response's "slot" i.e. whether it is first, second or third response to the cue.
