Setting Prizms parameters for developer installation. #51

Based on email sent earlier today by Tim, I'm doing a fresh install my development copy of Prizms. I'd like to verify the installation parameters I'm using for this install before proceeding, as well as get clarification on what to put for the parameters with "???" values:

-me http://tw.rpi.edu/instances/JamesMichaelis --my-email michaelis@cs.rpi.edu --proj-user ??? --repos git@github.com:tetherless-world/opendap.git --upstream-ckan ??? --our-base-uri http://opendap.tw.rpi.edu --our-source-id opendap-tw-rpi-edu --our-datahub-id ???

Any other developer would use the same install arguments, 
but changing their URI and email address (--me and --my-email).
