Display DOAP instance data for the different OPeNDAP libraries/modules #58

The DOAP instances for the libraries/modules are created, just need to display them.

I'd like to use twsparql and xslt to do this in a drupal page. But first let's set up the queries and what we want the display to look like. Then we can work on getting it into drupal.
