Fix unittests that timeout when building outside RPI network #10

FacetCollectionTest and FacetOntologyServiceEngineTest both run queries against http://escience.rpi.edu:8890/sparql - which is not available outside the RPI firewall. Fix these tests to run queries against a publicly available spraql endpoint or mock the query results.
