Make S2S unit tests not dependent on resolving test files on escience #12

S2S unit tests fail after crash of escience machine because of unresolvable test files that were referenced from escience. Make these unit tests work of local files.

That is correct Peter. This is a URI that the S2S unit tests are attempting to resolve. The URI does not currently resolve and the unit tests are consequently failing. Unfortunately, it does not appear that this file was ever put in SVN/github and was not recovered after the escience crash (that from Patrick just 3 mins ago.)
