Please note that you need to update against requirements.txt. There's a branch of filedepot that needs to be used for this to work.

ook, unicode fixes are integrated here. Please review and we'll get both.

The merge conflict in whyis/database/database_utils.py looks like it's from the recent changes with results view, where we re-named query_endpoint to work with different versions of rdflib

I've merged this branch because it's literally been 4 months and we really need it.
