Remove array fields #890

Replaces ArrayFields with JSONFields. Update documentation on app testing. Fix annoyances with app settings:

Ensure that new settings are synced when syncing an app with the database
Ensure the obsolete settings are removed when syncing an app
Prompt user if app should be removed from database when there is an error when loading in DEBUG mode.

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 29004aebee1680736d6e5a38c3012b3c08836487 on remove_array_fields into 90e29eed66972d9ca626acd0b421b287311d7643 on main.

@swainn thanks for reviewing and catching a few things. I've fixed up those issues that you mentioned, so I think this is ready to go now.

@swainn I just noticed some errors in the docs for logging configuration, so I pushed a few fixes for that into this PR as well.
