Fix ArcGIS layers in MapLayout and update docs
Add support for simple legend images via URL
Fix legend tab overflow/scrolling issue
Fix linting issues (from previous commits?)

The mac tests are failing in this PR, but I have a fix for them in the other PR. Could add the commits here if you want.

Actually, I just added the commits that fix the mac builds/tests to this PR. :D
