fan box moves when run at full speed #166

When the fan box is turned on full blast (which is very loud), the box moves across whatever surface it's on. Could be a balance issue?

Obviated by using a different box design (#205) and a lower power fan (CUI 154). May not be fixable for higher powered fans since the blower is off-center, so it may be movement prone no matter what
