Schematic: MOSFET Circuit change to high-side #2

Although low side switching works, need to do high side so TACH signal is meaningful, if ever used.

Also, add a diode for tach.

not a bug, but a feature request. Will require slightly larger PCB to accomplish, which should be a new part #. Ignore for now.
