Papra Testing #51

blocked on #50: once we have the sensirion hooked up, test the papra to see if we can reach 113 lpm:

sensirion testing: hose: none, 3', 4', 6' (probably don't need 6 foot) filter: in, not in shield: on, not on battery: potentiometer on high, low, bench power supply dialed in diffuser piece: in, not in horizontal vs vertical fan orientation where does it need to be checked? outlet of the fan? choose a spot to measure on the hose don't have the host characterized, put it at the end of the hose where it's measured isn't that important (according to Patrick) straight hose before the sensor
