BOM outside of the electronics for the fan box: 13 m4 16mm screws, 13 m4 square nuts, dryer tape, BNC 20 gauge wire stays, stealth filters (https://www.amazon.com/STEALTH-Respirator-Filters-Woodworking-Replacement/dp/B09H52LGGW NOT https://www.amazon.com/Trend-STEALTH-AIR-Filter-pair/dp/B077TX6Q9K for N100, trend passes at N95)

for the m12 assembly: 4 m4 16mm screws with 4 m4 square nuts

For hosing: 1.5 inch heat shrink material, heat gun needed.
