This PR is a first pass to describe the new fan box and m12 housing builds, as well as the flow testing done to validate the new version. TBD: adding in the deleted gaskets and STLs from v3.0 back into the main project and then updating the links in here. TBD: update the first image of the papr to include one with a weather guard.

Once done, this will document and close the Fixing Flow Deficit sprint.

Closes #60 by moving PDFs off of the main documentation and linking into the repo itself. Closes #45 by adding the appropriate tools into the fan box BNC description Closes #47 by adding a hose smell component to the mask maintenance section Closes #45 by going to clips to secure the filter housing. Closes #22 by referencing hose source issue.
