Identify country of manufacture, who your customers are.

Currently the first point of call would be to establish partnership with a medical device manufacturer in country that they can manufacture and deliver.

This is due to the local manufacturer already has logistics contacts to acquire material, has contacts with local testing capability and hospitals/caregivers
