Add vetted 2019 data. #44

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add new data (up to 2019) to package for selection as "official" data in Shiny app.

Replace current data.
Update text on screen.

Will need to contact host to replace on public website.

Move from 4 datasets to 6.

Added RDA file to data-raw and wrote script to output to inst\shiny-examples\baytrendsmap\data and removed old files.

Now have 6 options. Radio buttons defined in global.R

And widened sidebar so radio buttons do not wrap.
