Not response input normally when hold Ctrl and press Z/Y

Pressing Control + Z at the same time will not do what it should to do (e.g. 180-rot, hold)

Reproducing

1. Start a game
2. Hold CONTROL and press Z/Y
3. See weird behavior

Expected behavior

Game response input normally.

Looks like appears on all mode(either have undo or don't have undo) In my case: RCONTROL for SD, Z for 180
