OS and Version
Windows 10
Browser and version
Version 120.0.6099.110
Describe the bug/issue
When the setting Gameplay -> Enable the fire meter is disabled, spectate a player who is on fire. The white box (fire meter) behind the player's name is now the normal black box, but the player name is still black, causing the player's name to be invisible.
Reproducing
Disable the setting Gameplay -> Enable the fire meter.
Spectate a player who is on fire.
I am not sure whether other settings affect this, if there is any then my graphics setting is set to low.
I also checked that in both cases when the background visibility setting is 0% (transparent) and 50%, this bug occurs.
Expected behavior
The player name should be white, just like when they are not on fire.
