Describe the bug/issue

Garbage (in the garbage bar) ceases to exist in zen backfire when undoing the piece that lowers the stack and redoing it.

Reproducing

Go to computer
Turn on computer
Type in password to open computer
Open Tetr.io
Sign in to Tetr.io
Open Solo
Open Zen
Start Zen
Turn on Backfire
Clear enough lines so that the garbage bar fills up
Ctrl+Z
Ctrl+Y

Expected behavior

The garbage that is sent is kept when redoing the piece placement
