Mute Game When Hidden doesn't work on desktop version

Describe the bug/issue

Game doesn't mute audio when hidden/out of focus/minimized on desktop version, works fine on browser.

Reproducing

1. Open desktop version
2. Go to settings
3. Make sure "Mute Game When Hidden" is checked
4. Minimize Game
5. Audio will still be playing

Expected behavior

The game should mute audio when minimized / out of focus

I would also appreciate additional options to make the game quieter instead of muting outright.
