Implement Twemoji for chat / room / mode names #174

Tetr.IO currently uses custom emotes only from the Discord chat. Adding Twemoji would give a similar experience to the current emoji system.

On the note of room names: While unicode is allowed, not all devices have an unified representation of emoji, and using Twemoji for that could easen that.
