Processing $foo... Killed #8

I'm trying to convert a the content of a Mediawiki 1.19.1 to Dokuwiki Angua.

The script runs fine until it says "...Killed" at some point. When i start the script another time, it skips the processed files and continues to the next article. After processing the next article it stops again. When i restart the script for a second time it stops at exactly the same point and thats it.

I'm invoking the script from command line. Could it be possible that the script runs into some kind of timeout?

Edit: Okay, it's a timeout. When i execute the script in my browser it stops with a fatal error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in convertSyntax.php on line 107
