hotkey control + shift + N #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit control + shift + N and it creates a new sticky note.

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

This is a poor implementation considering ctrl+shift+N is the same hotkey in 
Windows to create a folder.  I absolutely love this app, but control + shift + 
N should not be the hotkey to create a new note.  At least allow the hotkeys to 
be adjusted/changed in the application.  Think about it from the perspective of 
being a sys admin.  This functionality is a deal breaker.

BTW, how about just releasing a new .exe instead of the .patch file? Sorry to 
be such a nudge, but who has the time? The patch should be added to the full 
version.
