support not hide menu bar #13

some application like typora, vscode , can't get menu but menu bar hiden , so I hope can give a env varable set about this.

I saw https://github.com/tetzank/qmenu_hud/issues/10, export APPMENU_DISPLAY_BOTH=1 , but not work

Could you please support this?

Maybe qmenu_hid itself should render the global menu bar, like https://github.com/helloSystem/Menu does.
