FITS vs. ccd headers #113

After a somewhat intense fixing of image headers, the

  fitsccd lmt.fits - | ccdfits - lmt2.fits

is now reasonably well matched for pipelines like ADMIT. However any NaN's in the input image are not passed on, they become 0.

A more serious comparison between different cubes (LMT, GBT, ALMA) is now needed to complete this process

The ones important to fix for casa are: TELESCOP, CUNIT, RESTFREQ
