Move changes of conf files out of original files to prevent custom changes going away after a patch/upgrade which defaults the conf-files.

Changed this:

For better privacy, add the line below to prevent DNS-look-ups going upstream with: sudo nano /etc/dnsmasq.d/01-pihole.conf.
For better privacy, add the line below to prevent DNS-look-ups going upstream with: sudo nano /etc/dnsmasq.d/02-lan.conf.
