Improve error handling UX on answering #16

When a user attempts to submit a message without selecting a face first, they should be able to complete the process just by picking the face, instead of picking the face and then having to go back to the button.

We might actually need to improve the flow overall - it's confusing as hell to people that they submit the face, then separately submit a comment.
