Mention Spore Spawn backdoor glitch for Normal logic #123

This one I'm not sure about, it might be better to just remove this out of normal logic instead of adding an odd exception to the logic and just leaving it as a possible sequence break.

Closing this since the logic was updated to not require this, it makes more sense than having this weird exception for keysanity only.
