Work in progress.

  1. Needs the actual corresponding combo ips file
  2. Needs rom byte targets for disabling the revised spinjump animations

Hm.. where is the "draft PR" thing? I meant for it to be a draft.. oh well

Only needs to be updated to the corresponding IPS version now.
