Wierd Glitch were I was only able to see half of the heart container. desertTorch ... except I wasn't supposed to get a hearth container, but twenty rupees from the torch! spoilerDesertTorch

This is actually a vanilla bug. It can happen anywhere there's an open item and a chest/hidden item on the same supertile. Getting the chest item overwrites the graphics of the open item. If you collect the item, or leave and re-enter the supertile, the graphic will be fixed.

It's common to see this on GT torch with Hope Room or the big chest. It can also happen on Zora ledge, but that's harder to trigger.
