This PR completely rewrites the server-side and client frontend functionality for multiworld sessions. This includes:

Completely rewritten backend-service using gRPC instead of SignalR
The client multiworld "engine" is now written in Rust using WebAssembly
Added support for connecting directly to SNI using gRPC-Web
A completely new event log showing item events, chat and more
Functionality for forfeiting and for voting to remove a player
Being able to re-send an item in the case it went missing somewhere
And more...
