Known Issues

• [x] Link's Sprite turns black/white after completing ALttP and getting teleported out of ganons room.
• [x] Link's Sword and Shield displays incorrectly after transitioning from SM to ALTTP
• [x] Fix incorrect entrances leading into SM from ALttP
• [x] Getting Energy Tanks in ALttP doesn't correctly refill health in SM
• [x] Getting Heart Containers and Pieces of Hearts doesn't correctly refill health in ALttP

Bugs:

• [ ] SM: Defeating Kraid will leave some random stuff on the ground in the previous room. You killed him so bad, his guts teleported through the door.
• [ ] SM: Map doesn't keep history
• [ ] SM: Music doesn't update properly
• [ ] SM: Progressive Upgrades don't properly stack when they're found in the same room
• [x] SM: Escape from Mother Brain does not explode walls as per normal story. A way to destroy the blocks is required to get through but not implemented as such.
  • Change the blocks to shot blocks
  • Change the door to Tourian to check for Speed, Screw or Morph/Bombs/PBs
  • Make MB drop ammo loot
  • Make pirates drop ammo loot
  • Give Samus a PB after defeating MB
• [x] Z3: Dig Spot/Flute Spot item will likely appear on the other side of the tree as it tends to travel through hyperspace
• [x] Z3: Shields don't update model but tend to update color palette. You will have your upgraded shield.

Not Bugs:

• [x] SM: You can get stuck if you run out of ammo and can't retreat because you need to blast a wall. This is intended and you need to manage your ammo better and use this as a learning experience. A Casual Logic level is in the works that will try to avoid these.
• [x] Z3: I can't find my Wood Arrows/Silver Arrows/Blue Boomerang/Red Boomerang/Mushroom/Powder/Shovel/Flute! Sure you can. It's under the other thing in the menu.
• [x] Transition: Progress is saved when transitioning between games, progress is saved when S&Q from Hyrule, progress is saved when using a Save Station on Zebes; however, items found in Hyrule persist if you die in Hyrule, items found on Zebes do not persist if you die in Zebes, this is intended and not likely to change.

Ok, definite bug for SM: The map does not always save properly. Example: If you transition into from Crateria, but then back into Crateria, the map is fine. If you transition in from Crateria, but then back out into Norfair for example, the Crateria map does not save/load properly. Will be looking into the cause.
