Fix for checkerboard cave logic #67

The extant logic is not checking for gloves to lift the rock covering the cave. With the entrance from LN that becomes a problem.

I've merged this manually for now without the Charge Beam change. Although this is something that should probably be considered when we're doing a logic review for V11.
