3 bomb item didn't give any bombs #80

While in Zelda I picked up a 3-bomb item from a chest but noticed my bomb counter didn't increase. If it makes a difference I had already found one +5 maximum bombs item so I was at something like 12/15 bombs and didn't gain any more after finding a 3-bomb item.

This happened on V10 with seed 844383261 (sm-hard_alttp-no-glitches-v10_normal-open_morph-randomized_ganon_combo).

On further testing you do need to have over a maximum of 10 bombs; if you are under ten bombs it will correctly award you with 3 bombs. I also tested this with just the base Link to the Past rom and it worked correctly.
