Seed requires Draygon battke without speed booster or ice beam. #86

Description of problem:

Seed requires you to defeat draygon to get titans mitts and you need the titans mitts to get the speed booster and the ice beam. As far as I can tell you cant get to draygon without the speed booster or the ice beam.
