Nothing in Purple Chest house #90

Console or Emulator: Higan v106

Original Filename: SMALttP - sm-normal_alttp-no-glitches-v10_normal-open_swords-randomized_morph-randomized_ganon_combo_658687742.sfc

Seed: Didn't keep it, sorry :(

Options: Mostly kept defaults - goal is to kill Ganon and the Onion Ring Saleswoman, but I set sword to randomize

Item, Entrance or Custom: Purple Chest house - Dark World, location of blacksmith house east of Kakariko

Description of problem: I'm not sure how it's supposed to work in LttP randomizer, but the house that you enter in LttP to get the purple chest to follow you had nothing. I was button mashing against every surface to make sure there wasn't something I missed, but there was no purple chest and no other item to replace it. This might be expected behavior, in which case feel free to close it.

Otherwise I'm having an amazing time with this playthrough! I'm blown away by the work that must have gone into it to nail down the item gate logic, so thank you!

I'm not completely sure about this, but I think the purple chest will only spawn after you've saved the dwarf and returned him to the house in the light world.

This is correct. You must save Jeremiah (the blacksmith stuck behind black rocks on the dark world) before the purple chest appears.
