How do I can setup this for Windows? (Offline use) #92

I just want to use this in offline mode, just like the standalone Super Metroid Randomizer, see here: https://github.com/tewtal/itemrandomizerweb But i'm too inexperienced for this kind of setup, any support would be really appreciated!
