Fixed credits stats #48

Hi, for the VARIA rando we fixed the in-game stats counter that glitched a bit, as referenced in issue #38

Here are the changes made if you're interested:

holding charge beam with PBs selected and no valid SBA beam combo for more than 2 seconds no longer increment the SBA counter once per frame
no longer count a bomb when a PB is laid
