So, for this seed I'm pretty sure that I have checked every item that is not Power Bomb locked and none of them are Power Bombs. I thought maybe I'd missed something so I fed the generated ROM to the VARIA solver linked above and it tells me that it is not solvable....

Can somebody take a look?

Ignore what I said about the Power Bombs; There is one at the back of mockball early super missles (I didn't have bombs when I was there and forgot I didn't check it >.<).

I discovered that by realising that the VARIA solver has a spoiler log, and looking at that I think this seed can be finished so closing this.
