I'm pretty sure my seed "X5711873" is impossible. After playing for a couple hours, I've reached a point where Varia suit is locked behind spped booster, but I cant find speed booster anywhere. I've swept all of Crateria, Brinstar, Wrecked Ship, and Maridia multiple times. And I've even checked as much of Norfair as I possibly could. Where is speed booster?!?!?
