Multiple Seed Download Feature #8

Allow users to download a number of randomized seeds at one time akin to the same feature of the ALttP randomizer.

This is something that I want to do at some point, but it'll most likely have to wait until the ROM patching is rewritten to happen on the client side instead of server side.
