Add search bar functionality to query content within the site #42

This is best for students who have taken SWE with Professor Downing.

Create a search bar to query content within the site by keyword, description, tag, date, etc. This search bar could go in the navbar, or somewhere convenient for easy accessibility. Make sure it is also mobile-friendly.

Extra: Add highlighting of the queried content once a user makes their search, or a separate page listing results, with a special treatment for no results being found.
