Add a search bar component to allow for future searching of our site's content.
This should not function yet, we just want to have the interface complete for when someone completes the functionality issue for a search bar.
Look at many of your various favorite sites for reference and add in a search bar that goes with our site's style.
The minimum product should be a component (does not have to be displayed on the site yet), which allows a user to enter text. Things to consider:
