Have texashacs.org/meet automatically update to the current meeting

Minimum Viable Product

Currently, the texashacs.org/meet link redirects people to a zoom meeting link, but we have to manually update it in the admin panel. It should integrate with the google calendar API endpoint in the backend to get the next upcoming event and redirect there.

Basically, the goal is to not have to manually set the link in the front end.
