Add bug fix/feature request component #74

Add a component to allow feature requests by users of the site. This should redirect the user to a form (external or internal) which can be treated as the bug fix/feature request page.

I've got a possible idea for this. Maybe we can hook this directly into the GitHub Issues so feature requests and bug reports are automatically populated. The upside to this is that it'll be easier to observe and track feature requests and bug reports. The downside is that our Issues page would need more moderation to make sure duplicates, non-issues, and spam are closed/blocked. We would also have to open permissions to creating issues and possibly observing other ones.

That's a good idea. I think for now the best thing would be to create the frontend component that allows a user to fill out a form. This would leave it as a simple issue and I can create a larger issue based around how we deal with form submission (i.e. creating a github bug report/issue)
