Design a splash screen (and possibly other reusable components) for various holidays, celebrations, achievements, etc. that HACS would love to promote and celebrate with its members.
These will eventually be added to the site within the time periods close to the events, which can be done separately. We're looking for graphic designers to go wild with creativity and send in visual components to add to our arsenal of year-round festive media.

Black History Month / Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Valentine's Day
Spring break
Earth Day
Cinco de Mayo
Graduation
Juneteenth
Elections
Hispanic Heritage Month
Halloween / Dia de los muertos
Friendsgiving
Winter celebrations (non-denominational or fully inclusive of holidays)

Important note: Please be inclusive of HACS members, given that we come from many different backgrounds. Take the opportunity to pair a well-known US or Mexican holiday with one that is celebrated elsewhere (like the independence of Caribbean/South American countries, different celebrations for holidays, carnavales, etc.)!
