make quiz for undergrads #978

per Chris Booker's suggestion, build a quiz that students can take to familiarize themselves with TJI's data and the Texas criminal justice system. All answers to the quiz questions should be findable on our website.

Jiletta is working on this -- can come up with 10-15 questions and test it on her students in the spring semester
